Inspiring Kids

I conduct specialist light painting workshops for both secondary and primary schools.

I tailor my workshops to meet the required outcomes of teachers. Kids love playing with light, and this is a great way to develop their imagination and creative expression. It also helps them to understand the fundamentals of photography, being the interpretation and appreciation of light as a form of visual language.

I also mentor students to create light-inspired performances for school art festivals using my range of specialist light tools and have worked as an artist in residence for a number of schools.

In addition to the pleasure and learning experience students can get from these activities the school also gets memorable images to use for their promotional purposes and to share with parents, the community and on social media.
